We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Corporate Trainer to lead our intensive, bootcamp-style training program, which aims to prepare our trainees for successful working relationships with U.S.-based CEOs in the role of "Right Hand to the Founder." This is a unique and differentiated opportunity to join a new and ambitious company that’s already profitable and successful, in a dynamic role that doesn’t exist anywhere else. The Opportunity: Position - Corporate Trainer The Corporate Trainer plays a pivotal role in equipping our Right Hands with the tools, skills, and mindset needed to excel when matched with clients. You'll be the architect of their initial experience, responsible for delivering an impactful and comprehensive training program that sets the foundation for their future growth and success. You will be their guide as they take the first steps to learn the role, understand expectations, craft a proactive and resilient mindset, and take ownership in their assigned companies. Responsibilities: Facilitate a two-week intensive bootcamp-style training designed to prepare trainees for integration in highly competitive work environments, including startups, SMBs, VCs, and agencies Conduct interactive virtual training sessions that equip trainees with vital skills, industry best practices, and the confidence needed for working side-by-side with accomplished global leaders Evaluate and assess performance to ensure readiness for client work Develop and iterate on training materials to keep the program dynamic, relevant, and highly active Collaborate with the Oceans Coaching and Client Success Teams to ensure seamless transition from training graduation to client integration Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years of experience in training, teaching, and/or in an executive support role such as Operations Manager, Business Analyst, or Executive Assistant Expertise in leveraging online platforms and digital tools for educational purposes Strong organizational capacity to handle various training initiatives simultaneously Exceptional ability to engage and educate through interactive sessions Proficient in evaluating performance and providing constructive, timely feedback Skilled in tailoring training content to meet the ever-changing needs of the program Solid experience in roles that have made a measurable impact within a startup or rapidly growing company setting A strong sense of integrity, consistently going above and beyond Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality outcomes Our Ideal Trainer: Dedicated to fostering excellence and professionalism in trainees A strategic thinker with a passion for teaching and developing others Charismatic and clear communicator who can inspire trainees Versatile and responsive to the changing needs of a dynamic training environment Technologically proficient, comfortable with various digital communication platforms Skilled in creating an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere Former Executive Assistants with Teaching or Training backgrounds highly ideal Powered by JazzHR
